With over ten years of experience in account management, customer service, and virtual assistance, I support small business owners by taking care of the behind-the-scenes work. I work as a professional and friendly extra pair of hands - someone you can rely on to manage the details, keep things organised, and free up your time.

How I Support You
I have extensive experience supporting coaching and development programmes, including the administration and processing of Insights Discovery, Motivational Maps, and mojo. I’m also comfortable working within CRMs such as ActiveCampaign and Mailchimp, and I’m highly proficient with Microsoft Office and organisational tools like Trello.

A Little More About Me
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places and practising Pilates and Qigong. Both practises help me stay grounded, focused, and balanced (skills that come in handy professionally too).
Fun fact: my original career was as a professional dancer, which explains my discipline, adaptability, and ability to stay composed under pressure.
